for an is350c, what is the optimal setup where i won't need to fender roll etc..
i'm looking @ ssr ms1.

should i be going for 18x9 F and 18x10 R ? what offset?
or should i move up to 19s ?

I have an IS350 sitting on Eibach springs and Tokico stuts. I am looking at running some Varrstoen ES2's

Front: 19x9.5 +30
Rear: 19x10.5 +30

Will these clear IS350 brakes? Does the concave design effect the offset? Will I need fender mods at +30? Any information is appreciated.

Hey Discount Tire, am I missing something or why am I unable to change the tire size that I wish to get? I am looking to get 19x8 +30 in the front and 19x9.5 +40 in the rear. I would like to run 235/35/19 and 265/35/19 but the site only lets me search 225/35/19 and 255/35/19.

PS will the 19x8 +30 be fairly flush in the front? Is 19x8 +20 too aggressive?

Hey all,

I have a ’06 Is250 Prestige (Aus delivered)

Looking at getting a set of Varrstoen ES3’s (called 3.3.1 in Aus) with tyres.

Specs are:

Fronts –

18”/9.5/5x114.3
P Zero Nero GT 225/35/18

Rears –

18”/10.5/5x114.3
P Zero Nero GT 245/40/18

Will these rims fit? Happy to roll guards etc.
With the tyres – does anyone have any other recommendation of sizes or brands to be running?

Thanks all,

Just wondering if anyone can help me out here.

I think you'll be just fine. :)

Hi,

I have a '09 IS 250 AWD. Did some searching here and decided I would like to have a squared, non staggered setup.

So far, my first choice are these Avant Garde Wheels M310:

M310 - Avant Garde Wheels

My question is, what size should I get for all 4 identical wheels if I want to keep it close to stock as possible? I'd like to keep it close to stock so that I don't have to deal with any further mod or without affecting other aspects, such as speedometer, turn radius, etc. There is no other mods to the car besides a F Sport Intake.

Thanks!

18" JDM Enkei NT03+M - 18x9.5 +40 all 4. Will they fit my 2006 IS350 RWD?

Thanks.
The rear will fit fine. The front should be test fit. Its too close to tell and will likely require some fender modifications.

Assuming the spokes will clear the brakes, everything else looks great. You shouldn't need to make any fender modifications if you stick tire sizes and suspension modifications that aren't too extreme.

I currently have an 04 RX 330 with the chrome 5 spoke rims. I was wondering if those 18" rims would fit on an IS? I believe the tires are thicker on my RX so I would have to change out the tires also?
Not sure how the staggered tires will work since the rear IS rims are deeper than the rear RX rims.

Standard OEM RX330 -

18x7 +35 5x114.3 - 235/55R18

Thanks!

You'd need to test fit the wheels, they are a little narrow for new IS models. The tires will be too tall.

I have a 2006 350. Will 20s fit without having to raise the car? Same question for 22s?
Thanks
20's are fairly easy to fit with the correct widths and offsets. You will not need to raise the car if you choose a tire that's the same diameter as your factory tire.

I'm sure there is someone who has put 22's under their IS350 but you'd need to get your hands dirty for this one, you'll likely need to do some test fitting and you'll need a super low profile tire.

19x8.5 +35 235/35/19
19x9.5 +20 245/35/19

will these work on an IS350? I know the rear will need to get pulled.. put how much?

You'll need to maintain 1/2" staggered tire diameter front to rear so I suggest 255/35R-19's in the rear. This size mounted on 19x9.5 +20 wheels will likely require the fenders to be rolled and possibly a slight pull. The front combination is fine.
