You're talking about the tiny philips screw that holds the fob together? If so, it's a lil over $1 at the dealer.

Just an FYI, if you look at the link, there's two part numbers for that particular screw. The other one ends in -40020(I think this one is obsolete), but I would go with the one provided. Toyota should also be able to get this screw as well but wherever you go, I'd call first because it may not be in stock and might take a day or two to get in.
