I assume it's an aftermarket replica. On those, you just have to fabricate your own fog lights and mount, whatever fits. Wait until you get the bumper in hand, and then see what you have to work with. Take measurements of the opening. Maybe share some better pictures with us, since that one is hard to see much on.
