The "SXE10" part of the frame code is the chassis number of your car, yours will be an RS200 correct?

By looking at your trans code I take it yours is an Auto.

And by the 'Z' at the end of the MODEL code, yours is a 'Z' speced Altezza.

The "A01A" part of the trans code tells you what diff your car has, all that end with an A do not have a stock LSD, all others that have a B at the end will have a stock LSD.

So just by looking at your VIN codes, I can tell you this much about your car already:
Its an RS200Z Auto, you do not have a stock LSD, its black in colour. Am I correct so far? :p

Any more questions?

Would you like me to post an image of mine too (for comparison?)

thank you for the info mate, it answers most of my question but it still missing one, from that VIN Plate can i ID the exact year of the car, like if its 98 or 2000, cause the thing in my country is that if they import a car thats originally 99 and it looks like a 2003 they will switch the paperwork and create a new one saying its 2003 when its really not so thats what i want to know cuz pretty much every damn altezza from 98 to 05 looks the same to me :suspiciou :pissed: :(

guys, where is this "G" thing, i can't seem to find it, if anyone can post a picture about it it will be utterly appreciated:) I WANT A RS200....and i won't let these bitches in my country try to rip me off with a 98 car priced as a 2003 car due to "importation c r a p!"

aaaaaaaaaanyways the answer is has not been reached yet, xnickx how can i ID your car's year in that VIN Plate you just posted?? thats what i want to know exactaly, for examples in Mitsubishi's FTO cars you can know the year based on a series of numers, example if it goes 000XXXX means its 1994-1997 if it goes 0100XXXX means its 97-00 and if it goes 0110XXXX means its some sort of special version
