yeah i know what u mean. I still think the IS is really good looking car anyways 8)

 

i think its the clear coat. one small part of my car has the clear coat scrapped off and the silver look regular. :roll:

 

Yeah, you're right, the color does have a very slight tint of yellow/gold in it but I still think it's one of the best silver I've seen on any car. It also seems that our paint has more mettalic "flakes" than most other silvers out there.

At a recent car show, I had one guy ask me if I had painted the car a pearl color.

True. And our cars look the best when it is overcast IMHO! :chill:

 

It's the silver that doesn't make your eyes get tired easily

 

I compared it to my gf's silver accord and at first I liked the straight silver color better, cuz I don't need no foofoo gold undertone... but my gf loved it and said it looked a lot more "classy"

Now I like it a lot... i guess she converted my :lol:

me too.

my first choice was a GGP, but they only one that was available on the lot was scratched up.

there are other days where I wished I got the yellow one on the lot.

MSM is just everywhere. and so is GGP.

Yellow seems be be rare, although I would've jumped at a chance to pick up an Auburn Sky Pearl if they had one ... .but those are super rare.

as you can see.... i was very in decisive. :lol:

 

don't get me wrong. i like my MSM but it was not my first choice. I would have gotten a GGP but they did not have any other color in manual.
