i might be wrong.. but i dont think we have a maintenance service light, or at least i've never seen one on mine. what does the icon look like?

 

1. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position with the odometer (total mileage) reading shown.

2. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position while holding down the "ODO/TRIP" button.

Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates "000000" and the light goes off.

If the system fails to reset, the system will revert to the state before resetting operation. In this case, return to step 1 and try again.

aha! and in that thread it says the maintenance light is only for 04+
