I recently got into a minor accident, and my front left headlights got scratched. The shop which I went to tried to polish it, and now it feels smooth, but theres still scratches that are obvious when the lights are on. I was wondering how much it would cost to replace the part? Do I have to replace the whole set of lights, or just the casing or housing which holds the lights together. Any opinions would highly be appreciated.

Also, I noticed today when I drove the car that the fog lights weren't on. I switched it onto auto, but the lights still wouldn't turn on. On the dash, the symbol that's on the left indicating that the fog lights are on didn't show either. Could the shop possibly just have missed plugging it back in after working on the car..?
