Basic bolt on like exhaust and intake will help a tiny bit by helping the engine breathe. The best thing to do is to get a tune after you get a better flowing exhaust and intake. From factory, toyota cars run a little richer to protect the engine from leaning out. Just remember, since your car is a 2019, intake and exhaust probably won't void your warrantee, but a tune definitely will.
