Howdy! I just acquired an 07 IS250 (my first Lexus), and I’m working on fixing it up. I’ve run into a handful of electrical problems that I can’t seem to solve. I’d appreciate any help or insights.
Here are the details:
Every fuse I’ve checked has had continuity and power. Swapping relays hasn’t changed anything.
I don’t know how strong the battery is, so I’ve been keeping it on a charger to keep the voltage up.

Here are the details:
- The windows won’t roll up or down. I got them down via the key fob, but I can’t get them back up. I tried a switch from a junkyard car, but no change.
- The ABS light is on. My scan tool says it can’t communicate with the ABS module.
- The speedometer doesn’t work. Probably connected to the ABS system.
- The navigation screen shows no signs of life. I don’t know if it’s dead, unplugged, or the victim of another problem.
- Power steering light is on.
- Airbag light is on with B1660 code.
