For the front....a + 43-45 offset is good I say. Right now I have 19x8 +45 and I think I could have went a tad lower. A 225/35/19 or a 235/35/19 will do but im not sure about the rubbing.
He just posted the offsets. If you are not to agressive with lowering you will be ok. If you ever plan on lowering more then ~1.5" you will need to shave or roll the rear fenders.
