i know im probly an idiot for even asking but a couple weeks ago my differential gave out on me and rather than doing and entire swap for a new one i was just going to get the individual parts to save money... come to find out pinion shafts and one other kind of shaft that i need arent even made anymore for the IS,, therefore lexus says i have to pay $3700 for an entirely new differential swap and i cant come close to affording that... anyone have anything that can help or even any advice?

Here's mine. It's in good condition. I've opened the differential cover and measure the differential's bearings play and stuff. Everyting is perfect. I'm selling it for $150 + shipping.

EDIT: This is a non-LSD differential.
