Would the car start if I replaced the transponder key coil and amplifier?

Hello my beautiful people :)

A little background on the car:
The shit box has not started in about a year due to working and life hitting me and finally had the time to work on it.

long story short thought it was the battery, EFI, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, and any other possible blown fuse… NOPE. Just cranks but doesn’t start

Seen that my security light keeps flashing even when the key is inside. I have 2 master keys and still doesn’t start. People mention replacing the key ring but there was no update.

soooo… replacing the transponder key coil and amplifier guarantee a start up? Or should I spend an extra 100 to send the ECU for an immobilizer delete?
The car is primarily a drift missile and always kept in the garage anyways

I just want to see everyone’s input before spending about 100 bucks or possible more.
Thank you team!

Ps. If this was covered my apologies scoured the whole forum/google and didn’t find anything :(

No guarantee. Have you logged into the ECU with a mini cable and Techstream software? To make sure the ECU did not lose the code for that key. I would assume you checked all the fuses and have a good car battery.

I feel pretty dumb not knowing that existed Enter face palm emoji
I ordered it through Amazon and should arrive today, I’ll give an update when it comes in.
Yes, car battery is brand new and no fuses were blown, but my neck feels like it’s blown from checking all the fuses lol

@01 SolarYellow
ok so finally had enough time to get to it…
When I went to Data list Registered key number says 2 and trouble code shows B2796.
I have the 2 master keys and wondering if I should delete them and reprogram them? 🤔
Orrrrr replace the key ring and/or the amplifier 🤷‍♀️

also I almost forgot to mention. This ECU is not original, I bought it for my manual swap which I don’t think is the problem but maybe?Everything worked COMPLETELY fine just car wouldn’t start after been sitting for almost a year

You can try a single key delete and reprogram. That way there is a backup. But was is fine with the swap ecu before?

Ahh very smart. Ya, car worked fine before and even after the tranni swap 🤷‍♀️
I even thought I must’ve cut a wire or missed a connection in the harness but everything looks good
