My front driver's side brake caliper is frozen up and has messed up my rotor because of it. Now I know brake PADS are considered a wear item but what about the calipers? They are $330 (dealer price) from lexus which I think is rediculous, so my question is whether or not the factory 70k mile warranty will cover a brake a failure? any one tried this one yet?

Your basic warranty of 4yrs/50,000 miles covers brake calipers failure, depending on your in service date (when you took delivery of your car) and mileage. If you're talking about the powertrain warrnty of 6yrs/70,000 miles, it does not cover brake failure.
