tycoon: are you sure that's your vin number?? there's another number which we were using in an earlier post way back in july when the first IS owners got their car. just wanted to make sure you had the right one.
too lazy to go outside to check my vin number. maybe tomorrow!

My Solar Yellow is #006427, manufactured 06/00.

I just checked mine from the driver side of my car. It's manufactured in 5/00. No. 361 at the bottom. I was pulling it out of my memory in the first post. Is the bottom number that we are looking for? Or the last 4 digits of Vin#?
[From TEG: That car # on the door is a reusable production sequencing number. You need to look at the last digits of the VIN to know the real (unique) serial number.]

and 03853. i could've got it week earlier but i had some problems with my loan.
