If it is not a big secret, could you guys post your lease payment.
And please indicate if it is before or after tax and how many miles per year, and if there is any money down. I really appricite it. I love the car but I want to make sure that I am getting a good deal.
Thanks a lot!

What's this for (options and price wise) and what's the capitalized cost of the vehicle?

Post the following.

1. Purchase price
2. Monthly Payments
3. Tax %
4. Milage allowance
5. Down Payment
6. closed or open end lease

I think this is what he wants.

My Bank Quote is

based on
1.$33.5K inc $500 in fees
2. $550 per month
3. Rate of 7.75%
4. 12K per year
5. $0 down
6. Open end lease

just some FYI

Actually, in a lease here's what I would like to see:

1. MSRP and options of vehicle
2. Capitalizaed cost of vehicle (purchase price)
4. Money factor over xxx months
5. Down Payment, security, drive off
6. Residual value
7. TAx rate with final terms of contract

It's almost a gimme that it is closed end lease...

The way I look at leasing: you need to know freaking calculas to figure it out. Just don't bother with it and save your self the headache. The worst people you can ask about leasing is the guy that is making your commission.

ST,

1. MSRP = $34,635.00 (everything but the luxury package)

2. Capitalized cost = $34,635

3. 36 month lease / 45,000 miles

4. $2,000 Cap cost reduction. $498.54 first month, $100 title fees, $140.88 tax, $450 acquistion fee. $0 security deposit, $0 turn in fee at end of lease. Total due at signing = $3189.42.

5. Residual value = $22,512.75

6. Tax = 5.75%

Payments = $471.43 + 27.11(tax) = $498.54

Closed end lease

Thank you very much Vic...We have 8.025% tax here in the Bay Area, but for some reason, I'm getting the shaft on lease quotes ($5000/550 month).

Vic...
How did you get 3189.42 for due of signing. Im getting the same car you have (price wise - $34,635). Whats cap cost reduction? Just curious b/c on my oder sheet the due at signing was less about($2500). I think he even mad a mistake with that. I think he charge the tax on the residual instead of 36 month lease. I don't know, maybe its right b/c I don't know nothing about leasing a car. Too many people telling me different things.

Okkkkkkkkkkkkay I got it. My popz just broke it down to me. I seperated my down payment from the due at signing. My due at signing is just tax and fee's. And the dealer is trying to get me for extra money. Figures starting to add up to him being slick.
