I'm wondering whether Stability Control (VSC)will be available for the IS300 next year? Also is VSC currently available for the ES300? All BMW's have DSC (analogous to VSC) as standard equipment now on their models. Stability control gives an added security.

The only "official" word I got out of the factory for 2002 is 5 speed manual and DVD/GPS nav option.

*But* popular science said that they think the IS300 will get stability control next year, and possibly a wagon version the year after! (I have no idea where they get their info).

Other rumors include an improved armrest, and body colored tail-light corner lenses for some combinations of body colors...
