im looking at 2 difernt wheels

Gram Light 57c 18x7.5 with +48 offset

Gram Light 57 Pro 18x8 with +40 ofset

want to do a supra brake upgrade this winter too and im worried about the the +48 offset with the 57c's. And i think with the +40 offset on the pros i can fit them, just worried about rubbing.

BTW im plan on getting 225 40 18 in the front and 245 35 18 in the rear or maybe 255 35 18 in rear if i go with the 18x8 (pros +40) but not sure about rubbing?

thanks for any help

they will NOT fit with a 48 offset.. Those supra brakes are very thick and are not very accomodating... A brake upgrade I will never do because of thier size and weight..

you don't need 255's on 18x8's........if you run 255's you will have to shave the rear- unless you are not lowered then you will be fine. 40 offset on the rear is a bit aggressive....

The 40 offset should work , I used to have a 19x8.5 in the front with a 44 offset n it didn't rub n cleared the Supra brakes. Also for the tire size I'd go 235 instead of 225. Look closely at the pic which r the wheels with the Supra brakes, I like the Rotora BBK imo because they r 9lbs lighter per side n fit most wheels 45 offset n up.

It will work, but you'll probably have to shave the fenders and run 35's in the front IF you lower your car a lot. I have 18x8 +40 with 225/40/18 all around. Riding stock height for now, until my s-techs come in. And it doesn't rub at all. When I get the drop, I'll probably have to do a lil fender work or get thinner tires.

Took this pic tonight before the sun went down.

How I hope the car will look after the 1.5" drop with the S-techs. Which will be next week or so.
