I've been wanting to ask so here it goes

ive been taking a few guesses at what it is but now ill jus throw it outta my mind thinking it wrong and now im waiting for new and correcct information to absorb in :D

edit: also, there are 2 numbers ex, 9:1 (im throwing random numbers) what does the 1st and 2nd number stand for thanks

also what measurement are the numbers

You have it reversed- according to your rule our compression is 1:10.5. Mathematically it still holds, but it is always expressed as cylinder volume + combustion chamber volume : combustion chamber volume.
