Does anyone know if this grill is from toyota or the guy made it himself??

Yes, that is the QUALITAT Altezza. I have a brochure from Japan of that car. In fact this one is a little diff.. The one in my brochure shows the car with projector style headlights (looks sort of like the Integra lights), but from what I can remember this might not have the whole Qualitat kit. I'll let you know. It's late right now and I don't want to search for it.
