The Best Car November issue, a Japanese car magazine, says the next generation will have 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 V6 engines, which Toyota is working on right now. The 3.5 V6 will be shared by the next generation of the Supra. The IS350 will compete with the M3.

i'd think the next is300 is lexus in japan, 2005 coincides with lexus coming to japan rite? (or japan renaming cars under lexus name, whichever u prefer)
