What are known issues with the IS300

I have a 2001 IS300 I bought June 20 something (the first day they were allowed to be sold) with 20,000 miles. I spoke with a guy at Area 51 and he told me of some known issues. One of which was the cats clogging up. I think I am having this problem as it feels like the engine is struggling when accelerating. What is the ECU/Trac fix? Please let me know of any other issues I need to be made aware of. I am currently on the 2nd stereo system, anyone else having problems with the cd player jamming? Great forum folks wish I had known about it sooner.
