nuthing much G, trying to figure out how I can squeeze more boost out of this Vortech, we've got it spinning at its max 50,000 and all I can see is 8psi. I've talked to Vortech numerous times, they're suggesting I trade it in for a T-trim that would allow me to spin it an extra 5000 to 10000 more revolutions. i had purchased a pulley that supposedly would have bumped up the previous 7psi to 13 psi but after talking to Vortech that it was only for their kits that this would bump it up to.
WTF? After measuring the pulley, crank pulley and the RPMS we were spinning the crank, we came up with 51000, this blower maxs out at 50000. So I'm thinking, redesigning the piping? hmm.. i don't think it'd make that much of a difference, definitely don't want to drop in size in IC as the PLP is small as it is... so I'm doing some research in how to do this..

Not very loud :)...
i'm thinking of going the 3" exhaust route, how do you think your sound compares to my exhaust in the clips above?
I was going to go through with the exhaust, but until I can figure out how I"m going to squeeze more boost out of this blower its a mute point.

I'll listen to your pics when i'm at home (can't right now at work), but i'd figure for you it'd be loud as hell. Turbo are WAY quiter than SC...

I guess if you keep the stock resonator pipe it might be ok... that's what i did... you lost some HP... but it keeps me sane driving around.

i'm not talking about the whine Malek, i'm talking about the exhaust sound. I know the SC are more audible than the Turbos, its the nature of the beast.
