some background:

1 VIS CF hood
2 Stock cars (car A and car B)
car A had an accident
car B never had an accident

the CF hood fits perfectly on car B, but does not fit car A perfectly.

A stock hood fits perfectly on both car A and car B.

is the VIS CF thats messed up or is car A messed up due to prior accident?

I am banking on the idea that the frame of car A may be slightly bent throwing off the hood lines.

i would think its the accident as well on car A. but, how come a stock hood fits fine on both cars, yet the VIS hood only fits on one of the car? the VIS fitment on car A is only off by a bit but its PERFECT on car B.

CF hoods are not perfect.
Either way it makes no difference.

It doesn't fit perfect on B, but fits on A. Unless you modify something, it's never going to change.
