Been getting weak air from vents hot and cold have to crank to full to get some worthwhile, changed cabin filter, could it be a weak blower motor? Thnks in advance

More than likely one of the servos. Check all three for full movement.

I Swapped out the 2 on the left side (near blower resistor) and changed the blower motor. Where is the 3rd servo?

There are two in the middle of the car behind the stereo. The other is over next to the blower motor.

I found it. What does it do? Looks like a pain to get out. How do I test it? Anyone have a part number? Thnks
