i have a '03 sedan 5spd i want to widen my tires to 225 the oem size are 215's how wide can i go with out rubbing???????

as in tires or wheels. cuz tires wise you can prob do like a 255 in rear. and like front shouldnt be more than a 235 i believe (correct me if im wrong).

whee wise miss is300 on here is 18x9 18x10 +25. and theres plenty of users that are sub 30's. just dont expect to be hardcore and go any lower without furious modification

you can fit 225's on your stock wheels just fine. On my stocks i hav a stagggard tire fitment. 215 up front and 225 in back. any wider and you need to get aftermarket wheels.

yeah i want 225/40/18 all around. i know for sure im going with aftermarket rims.. i just want to know if im going to have any problems with rubbing when im making turns. i found the rims i want.. they are 18x8's thanks........

18x8 +45 with 225s or 235s will be fine. I'm speaking from personal experience, even with a ~2" drop.

get some dubbs and a lift kit and you'll be good to go!
