So I just did the w58 clutch and flywheel swap on my 03 factory manual because the dual mass was about toast and I am having an issue with a dead zone in the clutch pedal as well as the release bearing rubbing on the pressure plate fins, found out about that part after some quick research. I've bleed all the clutch lines as well do the clutch dampener delete. None of the parts were any kind of real aftermarket, w58 flywheel and an OE replacement clutch. I did make sure to get the pushrod from toyota as well. The dead zone is at the bottom of the pedal and feels like the pedal goes from a normal feel to trying to stick but still comes out just super super light which is a little difficult to drive. Can anyone of those who have done this swap shed some light on it or any ideas as to what it might be? It all felt perfect before the swap. Thanks!

You need to make sure that the clutch is bled properly. That's all that I can take away from your comments.
