Just clean it with brake clean. That's what I did, its a metal screen. Unless its broken...

I also used brake clean, however mine didn't look this dirty. After you spray it with the cleaner, hold it in the sun to see if most of the debris is out. If not, I'm pretty sure advance auto can order it for around $6. You could also contact a Lexus dealer and probably get one for $10, which is what I found while researching when trying to get mine clean. Brake clean should do the trick though.
