hey guys,

If you're going to lease a car, but plan to buy it at the end of the lease,I should be able to pretty much do anything I want with the car, right? For example, put in as much miles, or redo suspensions and add supercharger?

Am I right to assume they will never even see the car if I opt to buy it at the end of lease?

I know you guys know the answer. Thanks in advance!

If you plan to buy it you can have 1M miles and a spoiler on the back the size of a Blue Whale's fluke...do what you want to it, it doesn't matter as long as you either buy it or sell it yourself (paying them the residual) at the end of your lease.

As far as warranty voiding..that depends on if you are making engine mods etc...cosmetic shouldn't have an impact but some performance mods could void you out....I am sure TEG has the juice on this subject.

thanks Agent.

I've had my share of questionable warranty claims......I've had to fight with a dealer about putting 17's on a car...they said suspension was not made for that size and therefore, warranty does not apply. BS

I've had experiences with other dealers that are mod-friendly, and if they can get away explaining to their parts deparment that a defect was due to something else other than my mod, they do it.

Key: GOOD RELATIONSHIP with your dealer!
