Twas a long time ago, I'll come up with more instructions later.

But the basics.

You get a relay.

Cut the wire going to your bumper lights.
Run both ends of that wire up to the relay and connect them on the normally closed circuit (so that they receive constant power)

Then, tap into your turn signal wire and send that to the relay (so that when your turn signal blinks, it shuts off the bumper light)

Then ground your relay.

It's that simple.

I'll draw a little something later to post.

Is there a way to get them to blink simultaneously with the turn signals? I think i read that someone did this already. I'm interested in more info...Thanks

You could. The easiest way to do that though, would requre you shutting off the bumper lights completely when you're not turning and just instead of using a normally closed realy, use a normally open one.

Basically, same thing as above, except use switch the relay from closed to open.

bump... by any chance do you still have that video around de?
hehe, yeah I do. I'm at work right now though.

Since then I've had 2 new bumpers. One with no bumper lights and one with the bumper light section filled in.

But to do it, it's a simple normally closed relay.

I'll see if I can get the vid up later.
