I need your opinions on this part i know nothing about it and want to see how it helps and how much hp gains thanx.

Anyway, the only cam gear you can change is the exhaust one, because the intake cam gear has VVT-i on it, so it already continuously adjusts valve timing. Someone (I forgot who) changed their exhaust cam gear, tried different settings and claimed they only saw minimal improvements (like 1hp increase, but not sure of torque gain). So that's why no one here is into changing cam gears.

Changing cam gear is useful when you have forced induction- then you can really extract some power with it, in some cases 15-20rwhp.
