I know there is an Area51 and SRT supercharger for IS3's, but when is the TRD supercharger coming out? When is it going to be released, and is it going to be under TRD or L-Sportline? How do you guys think it is going to perform against the current available forced-inductors?

I think the esimated date is April 2002. It should be under the L-Tuned badge. You're confusing L-Sportline with L-Tuned. L-Sportline is not affiliated with Toyota or Lexus in anyway.
Spectra is correct. The proposed (I use that loosely) release date is the second quarter of 2002.
As for the actual design details and specs, nobody knows and to state something would be pure speculation.
