I have noticed this problem in e-shift when I down-shift into second and hit the accelerator hard. My guess is that second gear is actually low then shifts to second gear and the ECT has a hard time determining which gear it needs to be in. I am sure this has been discussed in other posts...

I think Lexus just needs to work the bugs out of the programming. I am sure Lexus will come out with a "patch" of some kind to fix this logic problem.
