I HAD THIS PROBLEM.
If you reset the ECU, it'll probably go away.
Just disconnect the negative for a few minutes and this resets the ECU. Reconnect.
Should be fine. No problems. I'm not sure what causes this problem, probably something to do with the break in period?
It's all good now though.
