Yeah the multi plate tc's can get noisey, and they cost alot more. 500 bucks and you can have them lock your tc and set it for around 3000 rpm. I got mine from a member here who gets them from Level 10. I don't think it's a 3200 rpm stall speed, but it is locked anyway.
