Just picked up a set of Advan Kreuzer 5's

18 x 7.5" J +45 - Front
18 x 8" JJ +45 - Rear

I was thinking of doing 225 / 45 / ZR18 in the front and 245 / 45 / ZR18 in the rear.

Can anyone shed some light on this? This is my first attempt with rims and tires.

I wouldn't go N.E. bigger than a 40 series up front.

I would keep them the same size so you can rotate, unless money isn't an option down the line.

I'd like to stagger em out a little bit.

After doing some r&d..

I think i will do 225 / 35 / 18 up front and 245 / 35 / 18 on the rear.

Can anyone else throw some recommondations out there? I would like to get some tires in the next week or so. I plan on lowering the car, but no more than an inch all the way around.

I was using this tire calculator online and whether I use a 35 or 40.. it will throw it off a mph either way.

go with the 40 series cause it's bit more beefier... it helps with the manholes on the road. congrats on the nice buy and make sure to post pics once you get the tires put on :approve:
