I have already programmed the RDS function on the radio and understand what the TYPE button does. However, is there anyway to cycle through all the different ROCK stations (or same type of music) using the TYPE button? Each time you hit the TYPE button it cycles through the other 8 types of music instead of having the ability to focus on one type of music and see what stations are in your area with the one type you want to listen too. This would seem an obvious use of the TYPE feature. Any suggestions?

I don't have much experience with this as there are only 3 RDS stations in the area. I believe as you cycle through each type, you can use the presets to get up to 6 stations of that type. It's kind of like having an FM3 to go along with FM1 and 2.

this radio is tricky....... i just pushed lots of buttons on the first day and it seems to work.
