The absorber kicks ass, I have 2 of them. They're pretty cheap too, only about 10 bucks a pop. Been using absorbers for years.

Very Simple..Kanebo will no scratch you finish, will not leave water marks or lint, absorbs more water than miracle tower and the likes, and I have been using the same Kanebo chamoise for about eight years and works just as it was new. The material has a porous rubbery texture which is the key of why it works so well. That why you pay a little more. My cousin sent it to me from the islands because they are imposible to find up here, and they cost about half down there. He just send me another and I thought that you guys would appreciate a great product tip. Enough said.

I to used the absorber on the car before my IS. It was a silver car.. The absorber worked great. Then I got my Black IS and I got a new Absorber (had the other one for 2 years). Since I had a POS silver Buick I new nothing about washing a car, swirl mark's, what product's to use, what’s better to use, ect. So I started using the same product's I use on my POS. HOLLY **** SWIRL [email protected][email protected][email protected]!.. so I tried a different wax (meguiar's 26? Carnauba) . The swirl marks went away (most of them) until I washed the car again. Hrmm... so I changed the buffing towels.. Same thing. hrmm... changed to a new sheep skin sponge thing to wash my car.. same thing still swirl marks. So I changes to another sponge that was softer... still the same problem .. Swirl mark's after I washed the car (but after wax they would go away). So I opped for the Finish First Polish. Well FF works better then any car wax I've seen and it got ride of more swirl marks than the previous polish. But still some of the swirl marks would come back after i washed the car.(not as many as before though. So I said what the hell IM going to buy a real chamois dryer. So I bring it home.. go through the warm water and soap before the first use thing and OMG THERE IS NO MORE SWIRL MARKS AFTER I WASH THE [email protected][email protected][email protected]!.. So the hole time it was the absorber that was producing my swirl marks.

Just my 2 pennies and experience

Hmm, guess I'll be returning The Absorber(s) I bought yesterday.

Did anyone try ordering these from that aussie site? The online form wasn't designed for the states, since I can't enter NJ and their telephone numbers are "disconnected". Maybe it was too early since I called them 8:30 AM their time.
