I have a friend with a Saab and we were looking for Polarg Hybrid bulbs...

However, the only ones available are not the same wattage as his old ones.

He has 6 bulbs.
4 Single filament twist in 21 W
2 Double filament twist in 21 W/ 5 W

Polarg makes a single filament 27 W
and a double filament 35 W/ 5W bulb...

These are all for turn signals so they are only on momentarily. I think the 27 W is ok...but what about the 35 W? Is that too much?

What will happen? Will he just blow a fuse or will he melt wires and adapters...please help. Want to order soon.

P.S. anyone ever used a Polarg G bulb? (newest bulb)

You should have no problem at all with the 35W bulbs. I could type a long post explaining Ohm's Law and Watt's Law to explain, but I'm not gonna. Just trust me, there should be no problem, since you're replacing 21W bulbs with 35W bulbs. I'm sure the circuit is fused high enough to support the brighter bulbs.

If you did manage to install bulbs that were too high of a wattage, you wouldn't burn any wires or connectors, you'd simply blow the fuse. But never replace the fuse with a higher amperage fuse to offset this, because then you can melt wires/connectors.
