I don't see anything that indicates a wreck ( wheels are all in good condition, what body panels there are look in good shape) so I would suspect stripped.
Good assessment, the car has been T-boned from the passenger side, you can see the entire side has been pushed in slightly and the hood is buckled on that side as well.Originally posted by DtEW:

2. Note the elevated floorboard under the front passenger seat.
3. Note the crumpled front passenger side door sill.
