Steering noise

I just drop off my IS at Keyes for a steering noise. If you sit in your IS and turn off everything and turn car on. My IS makes some type of creaking noise?

Well they said it will take a couple of hours and maybe overnight. I was wondering how do you ask for a loaner? They said I should have called them 2 days before coming in. I'm driving my ML for today and suggestions or comments? Will the moderators consider having a spell check function?

Rod do you mean the Keyes on van nuys? Thats where I got my lexus too. Where you located? Im sure close to me.

Yeah in Panorama. My IS is fine but, it still makes a slight noise. I think I will try again when i'm at 5000 miles. How many miles do you have on your IS? Dark
