srt intake with the ecu update

I will be getting my ecu updated soon but should i keep my srt intake in or take it out. I hope keeping the intake in won't affect anything while thy're updating it.

Mo claims they designed the ecu piggy back w/ the upgrade in mind. Some members have already asked him about that.
