Speaker hardware and connection?

So Ive got a SKAR 8" sub, and I wanted some recommendations on hardware to mount this to a spacer ring.

Also, what type of connectors are these? THANKS!!!!!!!!

Any old (appropriately sized) wood screws will work. And those connectors are super easy. You just push the cap fully down (up in your pic) until the holes line up and insert the stripped speaker wire into the hole and then let go of the cap so it springs back out and catches/pins the wire in the hole.

Too funny on the connectors. I thought that, then wondered why so big, guess I did not consider wire gauge. Its for my wifes 4Runner, which has a rear sub/enclosure/amp setup. Thanks for the help Tobias!
