I beleive the number of cars with LSD is limited due to emissions standards. There is more info on that if you do a search on LSD.

OK, now, hold yer horses. We've been through this one before. It varies by region. For us in Cali, we've gotta get the heated seats (in most cases) if we want the LSD. At least, that's what I had to do, along with several others from the Bay Area.
