What size tires should I use for 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the back +45 offset to prevent rubbing and as accurate as possible speedo reading?

I'm lowered 1.75-2 inches.

Does anyone know how much staggering reduces the life of a tire because of the inability to rotate them? Thanks.

to prevent rubbing with that setup you would need to use 225/40/18 all around. If you roll the fenders then you could go with 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in the rear.

the rear tires will wear out quicker as you can't roate them, the front will be ok for tread wear as its not the drive wheels. a stagger like that is decently significan't a 225 front and a 255 rear is gonna have rediculous understeer, if you're not pushing 450whp and you care about handling, i wouldn't suggest that
