I just saw their newest commercial on TV. WHY are they advertising the ES300 as the Lexus "sport sedan" and making NO mention of the IS?

I hope you're not talking about Dallas Sewell b/c they are one of the most reputable shops in the nation. They have more than 40 technicians on staff and oftentimes other Lexus dealerships will send their "unfixable" cars to this dealership to be fixed.

I have took my car there over 5 times mostly for brakes and the ride comfort. And it seems that my brakes (new) are not working right and my car rides worst than my moms '93 Accord and all they say is its the tires... hmm oh and it took them 3 trys to fix something that was wrong with my car (noises in front). Im already thinking about selling it

opps I forgot, and the stiff suspension. So im going to get new rims and tires and see what that will help.
