I bought a set of Semperit Sport Girps and i had the first chance to test them out this weekend. We got hit with about 10" of snow Friday up here in the Burgh and i ended up out in the middle of it. It was a blast!!! Those tires were awesome! i was afraid of getting a set of cheap winter tires but im loving it now!!! I barely slipped or slid around at all!! I felt like i had 4 wheel drive while i was driving. Take it from me, dont WASTE your money on those overrated Blizzaks, get these bad boys for almost half as much! You wont regret it!!!

Sweet!!! I have a set of 205/50/17's I just put on. Good to hear that they are going to work in the snow. Plus they work pretty nice on dry pavement too.

It's been posted that the Semperit Sport Grips 205/50/17s will fit the stock 17" rims but can someone confirm this? Will it also expose more of the rim to curb rashes since it's 205mm instead of 215mm wide?? Any tire shop won't have a problem mounting these tires on the rims I hope.

i also got the 16" wheel package, but i got the Kuhmo's. We just had 12 inches of snow last week & an ice storm yesterday. I was absoulutely amazed at how well the snow tires worked. The entire package cost me $560 i think. I even got the stupid plastic hubcaps (or wheel covers as they call them). Wet or dry, can't beat them for the money!!!

Get the package, it saves your stock wheels from getting chipped & messed up from the salt / cinders.
