What do you mean? Do you want your car to be certified? Certified check is a 141 check list. Or do you mean a safety check for inspection or a 14 point safety check which I think is the following: check all lights for proper operation and no cracked lens, check tires for wear, check wipers for proper operation and make sure the blades are not frayed, check exhaust system leaks and broken or rusted out pipes, check front/rear windshield and all windows for cracks, check all hoses and clamps, inspect air filter, check coolant, dif fluid, brake fluid, clutch fluid, transmission fluid, check drive belt and check brakes.
