damn i saw this picture of this new 2002 Is300 and the rim is ugly as hell...i want the 2001 rims back. tell me what u think of these 9-spoke rims compared to the 5-spoke.
i think in general lexus should offer a WIDE Variety of wheels for each model they sell like bmw does. for instance when you go to buy a bmw you have the choice between 6 diff. wheels/tire options when deciding...i think that is really cool, i wouldn't mind have a nice 18 inch deep dish wheel by lexus or like a OZ and lexus cooperation wheel.
haha habibnazir thats a really cool idea. i definitly wouldn't mind that at all. i always wondered if lexus would make a model that could compete with the M3. IS400 or IS430 perhaps...but i doubt it's going to happen
I think Lexus will make a LTuned version on the IS3. BMW is about to release a V8 M3 (I think late this year). Lexus cannot afford to fall behind too much. It is all about image. The M3 has the image, Lexus needs the image as well. I for one, would like to see them come with a N/A engine. But I bet they will take the easier and cheaper way out and Turbo. We'll have to see.
I also expect the IS to get a HP jump for the 2003s.
isnt that tha 18" wheel package with tha sportier suspension???
NEwayz, yea i definitely like tha 5 spoke current production wheels, but i doubt theyll drop em. tha wheels pictured have too skinny spokes, kinda makes em look cheap. my .02's
