You don't really have to, but if you do it might give you a little better gains, aswell and the car will get adjusted to the exhaust faster.
BTW...
How does it look? Sound? Was the install hard?

reseting the ecu would be good for the car after puttin an aftermarket mod so the ecu can readjust to the new mod you put in.

drive hard for the next 200 miles, i just recently (last week) reset my ecu and it took a good 230 miles to get it completely reset.

you will know when the shifts are much more calm and not as harsh.

also when you reset the shifts are really harsh and different, don't worry it is normal.
