I know that you cannot use the oem lexus lug nuts for aftermarket wheels. That's the reason for getting Ray's lug nuts.

My question is in the event that i get a flat tire (knock on wood :wink: ) and need to use my OEM 17 as a spare, will i be able to use the Ray's lug nuts on the stock wheel.

no, you should carry five of your stock lugs with you, just in case.
